CULTURE OF CORRUPTION IN MIAMI? NO WAY, IN MIAMI THEY "DO THE RIGHT THING."

Culture of Corruption in Miami?  No way.  Just ask former Miami police chief and City Manager Donald Warshaw.  A compassionate man.  Why he even helped set up a children's charity called "Do The Right Thing."  What a charitable man, a true gem.

Then he was indicted for doing the wrong thing.  The wrong thing?  How about stealing from this very children's charity.  Go Figure.  Yes. In Miami, you can depend upon public officials "doing the right thing."  In their mind, however, "doing the right thing" means lining their own pockets with other peoples money.
